Walnut pie

Walnut cake is a delicious dessert that you cannot miss in your family's seasonal menu. It is sweet, nourishing and extremely tasty!

300 g flour
1 package butter
3 yellows
100 g sour cream


180 g fruit jam (depending on preference)
6 egg whites (from large eggs)
1/2 vial of vanilla essence
50 g flour
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
200 g ground nuts
shell of 1/2 lemon

Method of preparation

Prepare the pie dough first: mix the butter with the flour, until you get a crumbly dough. Then incorporate the sugar, the yolks and the cream. Stretch it with the successor and place the sheet in the form of a cake, previously anointed with a little butter.

Baga shape in the hot oven for 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the nut filling. Beat the white foam with a little salt. Add, in turn, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, lemon peel, vanilla essence and walnuts.

Grease the tart tart with jam after it has cooled. Pour the filling and put the cake in the oven for 40 minutes.
