Angelina Jolie may lose custody of Zahara's little girl

In July 2005, actress Angelina Jolie signed the adoption papers for Zahara, then only 6 months old.

When the adoption of Ethiopia's little girl was made public, Zahara was said to be an orphan due to AIDS.
The papers regarding the renunciation of rights over the child were signed by the grandmother of the little girl, who at that time declared that the mother of the little girl is dead.
Now, Mentewab Dawit Lebiso, a 24-year-old woman, says she is the baby's mother Zahara and wants to be rebuilt as the mother of the little girl.
It tells that Zahara came to the world after a rape, the aggressor not being identified so far.
After the baby girl was born in January 2005, the woman abandoned her because she did not have the financial possibilities to raise a child.
The agency through which the adoption process ended states that it has the acts signed by the grandmother of the little girl, documents in which the mother appears to be dead.
On the other side of the barricade is the grandmother of the little girl who claims that she has not signed any document of surrender of custody.
In case, it is proved that there are no documents of assignment of custody, the court may decide that Zahara to be back to his biological mother.
