Gray pudding with chocolate
The chocolate pudding with chocolate is an economic dessert, simple to make and very tasty.
80 g gray
500 ml sweet milk
200 g old
200 g chocolate (2 chocolate tablets)
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Method of preparation
The milk along with the sugar is boiled and then the gray is added to the rain. Mix this composition vigorously, with the aid of a slurry, then leave to cool.
It incorporates in the composition of gray the yellows (one by one), the chocolate, the vanilla sugar and finally the whipped whites. Mix the ingredients well, pour the composition into a greased form with butter and cough sugar and bake for about 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
Leave the pudding to cool, then serve it with fresh mint leaves.
