Milk noodle pudding

Milk noodle pudding is a simple preparation of international cuisine.

250 g of noodles

600 ml milk

3 eggs

6 tablespoons old

lemon peel

30 g butter (for greasing tray)


Method of preparation

Bring the noodles to a boil, according to the instructions on the packaging. Line a tray with butter and breadcrumbs and set aside.

Mix the eggs with the sugar and lemon peel, then add the warm milk. After the pasta has boiled, rinse with cold water, then let it drain.

Put the drained pasta in the tray and add the composition of the eggs with milk. Leave the pudding on a low heat for about 45 minutes, until it reaches a golden crust.

Serve hot or cold noodle pudding, as you prefer.
