Tart with leeks

Pie pie is an ingenious and delicious method of cooking this vegetable which, in general, is prepared only in stews, next to olives. If you want to introduce leeks more often into your family's diet and don't know how to change the menu, try this tasty recipe, very easy to prepare!

300 g of telemea cow
2 stems of leeks
200 g bacon
2 oua husband
100 ml white wine
2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
ground pepper

Method of preparation

Cut the washed leeks into the rounds and place them in the oil, along with the bacon cut into strips or cubes. It waits until the leeks soften and pour the wine. Allow to boil for about 10 minutes. Stop the heat, put the grated cheese or cut into cubes, beaten eggs and pepper, then mix everything well.

Uncover the pastry dough and place it nicely in a tart pan. Cut the surplus from the edges and pour the filling. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. The leek pie can be served with a little cream on top or with a glass of whipped milk.
