Welcome the winter holidays with some special and delicious desserts. We propose a recipe for croissants for a tasty Christmas and that does not require much preparation time.
250 ml of cream
250 g ground nut
1 packet of margarine
1 small piece of yeast
350-450 g flour
Method of preparation
Mix sour cream with margarine, yeast and flour until you get a homogeneous and elastic dough. Leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes, then spread it on a workbench sprinkled with flour and cut it into crescent shape.
Fill the corns with the ground nut, then bake them for 15 minutes, under a heat. Serve the cornulets at room temperature, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Also, instead of nuts, you can use jam.
