Shrimp with feta cheese

Prawns with feta cheese are prepared according to the rules of the Mediterranean cuisine. They are very full and do not contain too many calories.

Preparation time

25 minutes




500 g shrimp (frozen or fresh)

100 g of spinach

1 medium onion

200 g of feta

chopped green

100 ml of olive oil



Method of preparation

Put the olive oil on the heat, then strain the onion and dill slightly.

Wash the spinach, chop it and add everything in the pot over the onion and dill.

Leave the mixture on a low heat for about 15 minutes, then add the shrimp.

Pour this composition into a baking dish, sprinkle over the feta cheese and add salt and pepper as desired.

Leave the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes.

It is served hot.
