True tea enthusiasts, of course, prefer to enjoy pure tea. However, Chinese people have been drinking tea mixed with sweet milk, salt, onion, ginger and other spices for some time. True tea enthusiasts, of course, prefer to enjoy pure tea. However, Chinese people have been drinking tea mixed with sweet milk, salt, onion, ginger and other spices for some time. A properly prepared tea does not need flavor enhancers, because only in the absence of any other ingredient can its authentic, non-counterfeit flavor be enjoyed.
Green tea does not, in fact, blend well with other flavors, in any case only with natural products that do not taste too intense. On the other hand, green tea is suitable for experiments with taste variants. Alternatively, green tea can also be consumed on ice, with punch, or mixed drink.
In the following recipes, the slightly bitter taste of green tea is not predominant, on the contrary, it gives them the specific note.
The recipes are suitable for both a healthy drink that will quench the thirst, as well as an exotic alternative on certain occasions. Unless otherwise specified, all recipes are calculated for four people.
