Trout on a bed of vegetables

The trout is one of the most delicious types of fish and it is extremely easy to cook! A simple and tasty recipe is the trout on a bed of vegetables!

2 large trout

3 cloves of garlic

5 tomatoes

2 fat peppers

1 large onion

1 lemon

green basil



Method of preparation

Clean vegetables and cut into slices.

Grease an oiled pan and put a layer of each type of vegetables - tomatoes, peppers, onions, lemon. Sprinkle some chopped basil and garlic minced over each layer. Layer until finished vegetables.

Put salt and pepper over vegetables. Slice the fish in half, season with pepper and salt and place over vegetables.

Sprinkle fish with olive oil and a little lemon juice and place the tray in the hot oven.

It is left for about 40 minutes, under the appropriate heat, until the vegetables are softened and the fish is browned.
