Spring is good to eat as many salads, and if we choose the right dressing we will get a delicious meal. A practical and very easy idea to prepare refers to the yogurt sauce, whose recipe we offer.
400 ml fat yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
verdeata (dill / parsley)
Method of preparation
In a large bowl beat the yogurt with a pinch, then add the oil in a thin thread, like mayonnaise.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add it over the previous composition and it matches the taste sauce with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle fresh green (on the choice) over sauce, then refrigerate, until served.
Serve the sauce with seasonal salads, fish or even vegetables in the oven.
