1 packet of short pasta

200 grams of seafood already cooked

1 tablespoon vegetable

100 grams frozen peas

1 teaspoon turmeric

80 grams of chorizo

2 baked peppers, cut into strips

fresh parsley, finely chopped (to taste)

Method of preparation

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Separately, fry the chorizo ​​in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until they become crispy. Add the turmeric, seafood, baked peppers and peas and leave to fry for 5 minutes.

Pour over the cooked pasta and a cup of water in which they boiled and leave the preparation on fire for several minutes. At the end, season with the fresh parsley and serve the pasta immediately.
